Hello guys! I know I don’t have the body to wear a tank top. Plus I gained a lot of weight from my last venture. But with this oven like summer temperature, it’s nearly impossible to wear something layered or thick. So for today I just decided to wear something comfortable rather than wearing something very fashionable but would give me a hard time.

Wearing a loose red tank top from Aeropostale paired with my Checkered Shorts and my ever trusted Red Boat Shoes from Vans. Again for this look I’m wearing Sunglasses. I think I’m getting used to wearing one. Hahaha.. Also detailed my look with these cool accessories from Seraphim and Tomato. Since red is the focused color of the look I also wore my favorite Red Digital Watch from G- Shock

Really been a hectic 3 weeks for me. I never expected that I would be back here in Roxas that soon since I was just here last December. But I’m not here for vacation, I’m here to take of my Grandmother who just got out of the ICU for Bronchiectasis.

It is really dreadful seeing a lot of tubes and lines attached to one of the most important person in your life. Such a terrible sight.

Also my dad got admitted for a week because of an intermittent fever. So imagine how stressful and unpleasant the feeling is to be far away while your dad is not feeling ok.

Since I have been receiving a lot of messages requesting for a new outfit  post I decided to click a few shots for you guys. I took my outfit inspiration from all the challenges that I’m currently experiencing. I wore a camo jacket to show toughness, that whatever circumstances there is I would still be a toughie facing it without fear.

Using just a simple pair of running shoes and denim pants is enough for the outfit to look cohesive. So how do you find my latest look? I hope you do like it. And by the way I do hope that you guys could spare a bit of your time to pray for me and my family. :D  I know that everything will be in the right track again soon.. CHEERS!

I really have no time for the past couple of days. I hope you guys understand. But here I created another outfit idea for you guys. This is just a simple casual look with an angst to it. A dark colored american flag shirt paired with a light washed skinny jeans and an american flag inspired sneakers. Cool right? Choosing good prints and designs with the outfit that you are wearing is very important. Every item on the outfit should harmonize. One false item will make your look a disaster. So choose well the designs that you mix and match. How do you find this look? Cheers! Moving on, since I can’t do any outfit shots as of the moment, here’s an outfit idea that I created here in the hospital. Really wanted to wear your denim button downs in a very scorching hot weather? Here’s how you do it, wear your denim buttondown with a above knee light shorts to make it breathable. Just wear very minimal accessories with it and your sunnies for a tropical vibe. And as always, plimsolls is the best partner for shorts. The surroundings is kinda heating up! The summer breeze is now waking up from its long sleep. Why not welcome it in a very festive attitude which I know everyone is excited to do. Summer has been one of the most awaited season in our very beautiful tropical country and the best way to embrace it is to make a very jubilant outfit.

I’m wearing an aztec print button down which I got from Bench. By the way I’m not really a big fan of Bench before but after checking their store in mega mall the other day, I became a changed soul. The store has a lot of awesome and unique garments to offer. You should really check it out.  Off with that segue; for this summer season, crazy/festive shirt designs, prints and patterns will be the top picks. Crazy details for the crazy heat! YEAH!

What’s a summer outfit without an Indie looking straw hat. After seeing it on the shelves of SM Department Store, I immediately fell in love with it. I also wore a Vicente Manansala artwork watch from Freeway which is actually National artist inspired watch. Cool right?

For additional detailing and since I’m already ecstatic for all these printed stuff, here I added another cool designed bracelet from Seraphim. I call it Peace YOWH! Bracelet. :)) Finally to balance all the craziness I just wore a simple solid black shorts from GAP and my aged old shoes from Sewn Sandals.

Have you ever experienced being in a situation that you really don’t know what to do? For the past months up until now, I am being challenged by the inevitable force of nature to decide on what I will do with my life. After graduating from college (NURSING), my plan was really to go to Med School but I guess their gates are temporarily closed for my grand entrance. So while waiting for my childhood dream profession, I tweaked and told myself that I need to have a back up plan on what to do just in case the worst happens.

I decided to attend a nurse related seminar (Since this is the course that I graduated into) regarding a job application to Canada with my friends Dawn and Karren. We actually call our venture that day “OUR CANADIAN DREAM”. Hahahaha..The seminar was all about how beautiful it is to work in Canada, the advantages, etc, etc.

Since the seminar was held in the business capital of Manila, I decided to wear a semi-business attire for me to fit into its busy streets. Just a simple basic V-Neck shirt from Bench topped with my overused blazer from Black label gives this look a street style business attitude. Wearing my dark brown skinny pants from Wrangler adds sleekness to the look. And what’s a cool business street wear without details? Here I used my super overly gasgas, overused and favorite accessories from Crave More, Tomato and G- shock. Hehehe.. Adding up a grungy attitude to my look is my bag from Flying Dutchman. And finally I was able to find an outfit where my Keds shoes will make its first ever exposure. :D I hope you guys love how the look goes. :D

Well that Canada thing did not turn out to be good in my end. They told me that I still need a bit more working experience. Hahaha.. Owww well! That’s life.. Hahahaha.. But I didn’t go all the way to Makati to just sulk and waste the remaining hours of that beautiful day.

Well my dilemmas were not actually solved, but I know that in God’s perfect timing it will be. 

My day ended extremely perfect and I really had fun with these two jolly girls. Up until our next venture. :D CHEERS!
