For Our Souls Delight

Since it’s Holy Week I decided to make a Holy Week Special Blog post.. Wahaha.. (Daming alam!) :)) Remember my Trip to Roxas last February, where I went there to take care of my grandma? I hope you guys remember.. (Pilitin nyong alalahanin!) :))

During my last day there; my cousin, a friend of ours and I went to Santa Monica Parish, Panay Capiz. This was the only day where I got to relax after nursing my sick Grandma for almost 3 weeks.
Actually it’s just now that I decided to post photos that I took using my camera. I’m the type of person who just takes a lot of pictures but never will you see it posted. Hehe!

Moving on, do you know that the structure of Santa Monica Parish is made up of Coral Stones? Yes yes yes! Also at the top of the church you will see the biggest and heaviest bell in Asia. It’s made up of 70 sacks of coins and it’s still working. Interesting isn’t it?

I have been going back and forth to Capiz but this was the first time that I dropped by the place. And glad that I did! It is really one of the best places in the Philippines that I have been to. The place is full of beauty and a remarkable history.
Hope you guys could go there as well and experience what the place has to offer.
